1. Packing

Fruit is sorted at source, quality-checked, and packed in ventilated chilled liners designed to reduce bruising in transit.

2. Dispatch timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days after payment confirmation, subject to orchard stock and courier pickup schedules.

3. Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders qualify for free standard shipping unless a remote surcharge applies at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery orders may include a flat courier fee displayed before you confirm payment.

4. Serviceability

Delivery is available across most PIN codes in India served by our logistics partners. If your address is unserviceable, we will notify you and offer a full refund for prepaid orders.

5. Receipt

Please inspect outer packaging at delivery. Note visible damage on the courier proof-of-delivery where possible and contact us the same day.
